Morton House – Our Community Hub

In June 2024, we were delighted to move into our very own home at Morton House, marking a significant milestone for the charity. After many years of careful saving, we were fortunate to purchase the property in December 2023.

Morton House is located on Morton Lane, on the historic site of the former Cottage Hospital, which dates back to the early 13th century and has long served the local community. Following the purchase, the building was thoughtfully refurbished to create a welcoming and functional space — not only as our headquarters, but also as a shared office environment for other local organisations. We are pleased to currently host Sanderson Solicitors as tenants.

As part of the refurbishment, we were keen to develop a community hub — a space designed to reconnect with our residents, local charities, and partner organisations, and to provide flexible meeting and office facilities that benefit the wider community.
