Can you describe the characteristics or features of your favourite almshouse property?  My favourite properties are quaint little cottages that were built back in 1840.  These properties are grade II listed buildings full of character yet at the heart of the Town Centre.

How does the location benefit? Located with a 2 minutes walk from Beverley Town Centre these cottages are the perfect location to explore Beverley.

How does the atmosphere or environment of the property differ from others?  Grade II listed cottages that ooze character and charm, they are picture postcard perfection!

Does the history or heritage influence your attachment to it? Yes, originally built around 1840, these properties still have original features such as their red brick with pantile roof and four gabled dormers with slightly cusped bargeboards.

Are there any specific amenities or facilities close-by that you appreciate or find beneficial for residents? Perfectly located on Lairgate in the heart of the Town, close to all amenities.

Finally, how would you describe Beverley to someone who had never been before?  A busy historic market town full of character, with uaint shops and some lovely places to eat.
