As we look to go from being the ‘best kept secret’ to a National Leader in housing, we have a new name and identity; Beverley Consolidated Charity will now be known as Beverley Housing Charity. 

Our mission is to support residents of Beverley who meet our criteria, to live not just exist in their retirement. 

We have supported people in Beverley for over 200 years and we aim to continue supporting future generations, saving our residents in excess of £1.2m vs market rents over the last 5 years alone whilst providing a high standard of independent living.

While Beverley Housing Charity is becoming a modern, go-getting organisation, we will maintain our traditions and values to create something that Beverley people can be really proud of.

The new name and identity gives us a platform to communicate our core messages further. Many in the past have called us Beverley’s best kept secret, but we fail people if we remain a secret. Instead we plan to shine a spotlight on the way we can help local people.
